Judith Barrett Johnson, LMT, NCTMB, HHC has been a Massage Therapist since 1996 graduating from Owens Institute in Wilmington, De. She is also National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Judy has studied Swedish massage, therapeutic massage, reflexology, touch for health, aromatherapy, LaStone massage, Reiki, healing touch, neuro-muscular, trigger point therapy, shiatsu, medical massage.

Judy has also completed oncology massage courses from Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and has taken classes through Upledger Institute in craniosacral therapy, lymph drainage massage, visceral massage,and emotional release. Judy has also studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and can suggest healthy lifestyle changes to promote your healing that are simple and natural.

Judy is a member of the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

A session with Judy is unlike a traditional massage. You could receive a full body treatment or she might only work on a portion of the body. Judy's intuitive nature and experience allows her to pinpoint where pressure is needed to relieve your pain.

There is an addition fee of 15% on most sessions with Judy.

Marytheresa Vogler is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and has a B.S. in both Marketing and Business Administration from King's College. Since graduating in 2000, Marytheresa has been in private practice as well as working for various Spa's, Chiropractors, Therapeutic Massage Healing Centers, and a Hospice. She is certified in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, maternity massage, bamboo massage, hot stone massage, Indian head massage, oxygen massage, raindrop therapy, and aromatherapy.

Marytheresa has been rewarded The Best of Philly Award for 'Best Body Treatment', and while working at two different Spa's, was a receiving participant in the Best of Philly Award for 'Best New Spa in the Burbs' and 'Best Holistic Spa'. She has trained colleagues on Professional Business Ethics; and contraindications and procedures for Hot Stone Massage; Aromatherapy and Body Treatments.

While working for a hospice, Marytheresa designed, facilitated and trained RN's, LPN's and CNA's at Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes in Comfort Touch for the Elderly and the Ill.

Tracy McGovern, of Essential Connections has been in practice as a Certified Reflexology Practitioner since 2001. She is a graduate of the International Academy of Advanced Reflexology, and has taught reflexology at a local massage school. Tracy has continued her education in the wellness field and incorporates that learning into her sessions.  She is also a Reiki Master and enjoys combining Reflexology with Reiki for a truly relaxing experience. Tracy is committed to educating people about health and balance through non-toxic living. She will guide you to achieve your wellness goals.

Tracy is a member of the Women’s Referral Network of Montgomery County, the Professional Women’s Business Network, as well as both the Quakertown Business Networking Group & Indian Valley Business Networking Group.

Kathy uses a combination of hands on healing, energy work and spiritual guidance coupled with listening skills and intuition to guide her clients through their personal journeys of growth. Her goal is to help clients identity obstacles and give solutions to everyday problems. She will help you discover, understand and apply yourself so your life will have more happiness and joy.

Kathy has over 20 years of extensive experience as a human resources manager and consultant, she has tremendous insight in workplace dynamics and the mental, emotional and physical impact working can have on the body, mind and spirit. Kathy is a Marriage and Family Therapist.

Brooke graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2007. She has experience working in a medical setting. Brooke has knowledge of Swedish, therapeutic, reflexology, structural integration, myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, craniosacral therapy, pregnancy massage, zen shiatsu, hot stone and reiki.

Brooke’s approach to relaxation and wellness is holistic and systemic. Her personal exposure to panic anxiety led her to the link between physical and mental health. Massage helps unwind the physical tension that accumulates as a result of mental stress, a process which occurs with or without our conscious knowledge or permission. Massage helps lead the body to its natural state – Wellness. Brooke gentle touch erases the theory of no pain no gain. With her gentle pressure, she can relieve your pain. You will leave floating on a cloud.

Jane Sochacki is a licensed massage therapist and nationally certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Jane graduated from Cortiva Institute, formerly Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, where she learned the basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and massage. However, her true passion for bodywork is based on her experience with myofascial release. Because of its profound effect on her life, Jane entered the world of bodywork and studied extensively the John Barnes' Approach to Myofascial Release. Also, Jane has studied craniosacral and visceral manipulation techniques with the Upledger Institute and Barral Institute.

Prior to Jane's exciting career in therapeutic bodywork, she graduated from Indiana University, worked ten years in the business world and raised three wonderful children.

Maurice Gaffney attended the National Academy of Massage Therapy and Healing Sciences. Through the educational process, Maurice learned that he could combine massage with his experience and passion for sports, specifically in track and field. He has performed at some of the highest levels of track and field and cross country. The injuries he has experienced through sports lead him to seek an understanding and mastery of Holistic care through massage therapy, muscle strengthening and conditioning.

Maurice's goal is to support and to help restore mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. The benefits are not only limited to elite athletes, but extend to seasoned competitors, amateur athletes, training for your first marathon, weekend warriors or simply a grandparent trying to keep up with your grandchildren. Maurice can help you realize your peak physical performance and function.

Maurice's career has extended to include practicum supervisor at a massage therapy school. He is also a USATF Certified Track and Field Coach and is thrilled to combine his experience and passion for sports with a career in massage therapy. Maurice looks forward to assisting you in meeting your life goal towards improving your overall well-being.

Sheryl wears many hats at Simply Be Well. She is a massage therapist, graduating from Owens Institute in Delaware in 1995, she is a minister, graduating from Pebble Hill School of Sacred Ministry in 2006 and she is a Health Coach, graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2012. In addition, she is also a Reiki Master.

Sheryl's caring personality contributes to a calm and peaceful massage. In her health coaching, she will get you on the right track to live life to the fullest through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She is a member of the Drugless Practitioners of America.

Sheryl is available for weddings, funerals, house blessings and baby naming blessings.
